This one is for our HOT, HEALTHY, ARA NINI GIRLS!

Here are 5 healthy habits to refresh your body, mind and soul and keep you looking and feeling your absolute best!

Manage your time more efficiently.

Adulting is something else, seriously.

There's always something to do, something always comes up, and somehow you've got to get it all done and keep up with the laundry. So we get how easy it is to mutter an "I'll do it later" and carry on with your day.

The problem is, the more things pile up in the 'Later box', the more anxious you start to feel or worse, things get forgotten entirely. Because time is a limited resource, it's worth asking yourself whether doing a task right now is actually doable.

Ever heard of the Eisenhower Matrix? It's a simple framework that helps you figure out what needs doing now, what to plan for, and what's honestly not worth your energy at all.

That Mute/Block/Unfollow option? Use it.

Your social media experience will be so much calmer when you're interacting with content that sparks productive conversation rather than pure chaos.

We're big on self-moderating the content you feed your brain, because so much of what lives on the internet is designed to get a reaction out of you.

Ragebait is real, and it's exhausting. Constantly being wound up by accounts whose whole thing is being loud and inflammatory? That's not it. So if you clock that kind of energy on your feed, do yourself a favour and signal to the algorithm that you'd like to see less of it. Your nervous system will genuinely thank you.

Read more books.

Close the apps, open a book. We know social media feels like the easy wind-down after a long day, but we also know how quickly it tips into overwhelming.

Swapping that scroll for 30 minutes to an hour of reading will do so much more for your peace, we promise. And the benefits don't stop there, reading builds your vocabulary, sharpens your mind, and is actually one of the best things you can do for long-term brain health and reducing your risk of dementia.

It's self-care that works quietly in the background.

Show up for your village.

The way your heart feels after spending time with your people, laughing until your stomach hurts, just being together? Unmatched.

Do more of that whenever you can. And it doesn't have to be some big, expensive, perfectly planned outing either. It's not a brand activation, it's your bestie — keep it simple. A "come eat lunch at mine" or "let's catch that movie at yours" is more than enough. Calling them and having a nice long chat works too. What matters is showing up consistently for the people who matter to you and keeping that community alive in your life. Laughter really is the best medicine, after all.

Have a meal timetable. Meal prep — it works.

It doesn't sound glamorous, we know. But it genuinely works. Whether you're working towards fitness goals or just trying to keep your physical health in check, having a plan for your meals takes so much guesswork and last-minute bad decisions — off the table.

Think of it less as a chore and more as one of the kindest things you can do for your body. Future you will be grateful.

Lets us know in the comments if you have any new tips or routines that have helped you!

See you in the next one,
