ARA NINI at the SPRC Wellness Festival

We were thrilled to be part of the SPRC (@sexypaceruncrew) Wellness Festival! 🎊💃🏽👑

It was a beautiful day as ARA NINI hosted a Women’s Health Workshop led by Dr. Joyce. The hour-long session covered essential topics including breast cancer awareness, cervical screenings, and menstrual health. Attendees were highly engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and even learned how to perform breast self-exams.

We’re passionate about creating safe, empowering spaces for women to learn and express themselves — and this was exactly that.

Huge shoutout to the SPRC team for curating such a powerful day, which also featured a relaxing yoga session, an energizing HIIT workout, and a deeply insightful mental health talk with support from @on.
