ARA NINI Health  collaborated with Sancturay of Wellness for this beautiful event in Lagos - Our Womens Health Power Brunch. It was an incredible day with healthcare professionals and advocates sharing their experiences and knowledge. Over 100 women in attendance across all age groups, present and eager to learn and share.

 

We started off with a fantastic and energizing Pilates class by Ritsema of Store House Wellness. We then dove straight into the panel talks with health experts and advocates. Exploring topics such as fertility, egg freezing, period myths & period poverty, cervical screening and mental health in women with Dr Adeyemi-Bero, Dr Kemi Da Silva Ibru, Dr Joyce Omatseye, Niyola, Folu Storms, Falana  and Dr Kogo.

 

Followed by a fireside chat with Stephanie Coker and Zainab Balogun sharing about their documentaries on PCOS and endometriosis where they shared their lived experiences and passion for education and awareness.

 

Lastly, we finished off with an "Ask your doc" session where the audience got to clarify and ask women's health focussed questions. This session was incredible and showed just how important platforms like this are.
