Welcome to Cook & Conversations on Womens Health. We had the pleasure of hosting Cook and Convos in collaboration with Best Body Africa. We welcomed amazing women from various fields in London for an interactive cooking demo featuring African-inspired recipes by Bryanne Hackmann, followed by an insightful health discussion led by Dr Tosan Otubu and Dr Joyce Omatseye.
The atmosphere was warm and supportive, reminding us how essential these safe spaces are. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us!

Really enjoyed all of it.
The cooking was great in terms of doing something hands-on and bonding with others there. I think getting more familiar with everyone was also helpful for people to be very open during the health panel.
Generally, the environment was informal and warm which I loved.
