Girls Run & Chat on

Our first Girls Run and Chat on women’s health was on Saturday and we had a beautiful morning in collaboration with Khosi and the Sexy Paces Run Crew.
The girls all arrived at Hyde Park, met each other and ran 4.5k listening to music through the park. The Sexy Paces Run crew supported our beginners ARANINI girlies! No one was left behind.
After our run, we had a women’s health talk by Team ARANINI Dr Dorothy Abiola and Dr Joyce Omatseye and we spoke about cervical screening, breast self-checks, fibroids and so much more!

I was a little nervous about coming on my own especially as I am a first-time runner I felt so comfortable and the girls were so supportive.
The talk was so informative, for me I especially enjoyed the demonstarion on how to check my breasts.
